Reservations paid in full will be guaranteed their room of choice. If you choose to make a deposit only, you may request the room of choice, but may not receive it if someone else makes full payment for that room. Remainder of payment is due no later than September 16, 2018. Cancellations two weeks prior to this date will result in the loss of your deposit, while cancellations made after this date will result in full loss of your fee unless another person is available to take your spot. Please consider purchasing trip insurance if there is a chance you cannot attend.
